对于Dell迟迟交不出财报的状况,纳斯达克今天刚刚下了逐客令:不交财报就要将戴尔从股票交易所摘牌除名.
在一项声明中, 戴尔提供了几个具体问题,称其股票将继续交易于纳斯达克.公司也在致力于恢复遵守纳斯达克的上市要求,使股票交易正常进行.与此同时,戴尔的股价刚刚越过了52周以来最高的价格:$29.29,
戴尔已表示,它一直无法递交几个10-Q季度报告,其原因是公司正在将近期的10-K年报 与以往的会计和财务报告作比对,因为问题复杂,因此非常消耗时间,戴尔董事会已发现了会计问题和不当行为的证据,调查还在继续.
但根据纳斯达克的规则, 只要递交财报就可以重返交易所,戴尔像其他公司一样曾获得多次延长时间.

“宥時候卜知道腦子哩菑想什麽……”,“莓兲想埝祢巳宬s”1.种漝惯”……这些字并不是乱码,相反,类似文字已经在一些网络游戏和网上个人博客中呈现蔓延趋势.
日前某著名网上论坛对此类现象发起“论战”,一些网友痛斥“看不懂,没文化,糟蹋传统汉字”,并将此类字体贬为“脑残体”、“火星文字”.
“火星文字”成网络“流行”
记者调查发现,在QQ空间、论坛以及“X舞团”等网络游戏内均有不少玩家大量使用非正规汉字符号作为个人签名、简介以及聊天字体.
据了解,此类文字大多由汉字中的生僻字、异体字、繁体字以及符号组成.这些字体可通过特殊从智能ABC和微软输入法设置中找到.由于大多数字体不常见,网友只能通过文字的偏旁或字型猜测其对照读音,因此有网友将此类文字戏称为“火星文字”,也有人斥之为“脑残体”.
17岁的高三女生KUYA平时也常在自己的QQ签名上使用非正规汉字作为签名,她向记者表示,由于这些字体平时不常见,一般人看不懂,用输入法一般也很 难打出来,所以使用这些文字让人感觉自己很有个性.“我偶尔用着好玩,身边有很多同学上网打字全都使用这类字.”一些网友还推出“火星文字输入攻略”指导 网友如何打出这类“有个性”的字.一些网友专门收集此类文字的话语进行破解游戏.
网友将此类字体冠名为“脑残体”,呼吁在网上抵制这类非正规汉字,还网络文字环境正统,这个倡议获得了不少网友的赞同.
但也有网友愤起反驳,认为这种字体“仅仅是一种娱乐形式”,不会影响到中国文字的发展.网友“我不是一点魅力都没有”认为:“年轻的一代流行起来的东西,成年人看了不舒服,这不就是”叛逆”么?”
语言学家建议使用通用文字
社会语言学与媒体语言研究室副主任郭龙生指出,上海已对网络语言的使用提出相应的规范要求.根据规定,国家机关公文、教科书等不得使用不符合现代汉语词汇和语法规范的网络语汇.
郭龙生指出,作为语言文字工作者,不提倡网友使用异体字和自造字.“这类异体字或自造字既不存在输入上的便利,别人也看不懂.很大程度上只是个人的自娱 自乐,或者是特立独行、标新立异等某种特殊的情感需要,在传播与交流过程中缺乏积极意义.”郭龙生表示,目前对于网上的语言文字传播缺乏切实有效的把关控 制,即使对此类异体字或自造字采取禁止令也未必能达到预期的效果.因此还是提倡引导网友规范使用国家的通用语言文字.
火星文:
一般来说,火星文并没有严谨的定义,运用上也不局限于网络用语(事实上,火星文早已被年轻族群大量运用到日常生活中),通常只要让人无法立即判定、理解的文句皆可泛称为火星文.
火星文的部分用法:
例一:酱很好啊!——“酱”表示“这样”的合音.
例二:我好难过啊＞.＜——一个哭脸.“＞”跟“＜”分别是右、左眼,“.”是嘴吧,“”代表喷出的泪水.
例三:这年头谁不用辜狗写作业?—— “辜狗”是Google的中文音译.
例四:1切斗4幻j,↓b倒挖d!——一切都是幻觉,吓不倒我的!
“火星文”的由来
火星一词成为流行用语,主要是源自周星驰的电影名作少林足球中,男主角对仗义为少林队担任守门员的赵薇说的一段话:“地球是很危险的!你还是赶快返回火星吧!”
在流行用语中,这句话使用的时机是,当看不懂别人所说的话时,就戏谑性地告诉对方“你还是回到火星去吧”,用以嘲讽对方是个火星人.

近日,北京网通开始对ADSL用户采取“连续上网48小时断线一次”的“保护机制”.有的用户对此提出质疑,另一些用户认为应将时限缩短为24小时.
用户突然遭遇断线
今天,温先生收发邮件时突然发现ADSL断线了.“前几天也发生过类似事情,当时正在网上炒股,差点儿坏了大事.”温先生说.
事后他咨询得知,这是遇到了网通公司的强制断线.
网通称不少客户提出此要求
记者从北京网通了解到,网通从上周开始采取这项“保护机制”.
网通称:“这样可避免用户意外损失,如长时间使用网络忘记断线,产生高额网费,或者用户自行安装带自动拨号功能的路由器,也会带来长时间上网的费用.用户断线后,可通过拨号软件重新上网.”
北京网通相关人士表示,该业务是应广大用户要求开设的.据了解,限时包月的套餐用户,超出包月部分的费用是0.05元/分钟,合每小时3元钱,比套餐贵不少.
消费者态度
记者随机采访了50名ADSL用户,包括8名限时包月用户.
其中有34名无限时包月用户表示该业务对他们影响不大.
另外有10名用户认为强制断线业务可能会影响到正常上网.温先生说:“万一正准备买入股票的时候被强制断线了,遭受的损失由谁负责?”他很质疑此项“保护”措施.
此外,有21名用户认为强制断线时间应改为24小时更好.
网通说法
对用户的疑问,网通表示,该问题涉及到法律、业务等部门,情况复杂,暂时无法做出解答.
网通5700号客服人员则表示,该项业务是为了保障用户的消费安全,目前没有接到投诉,并称:“断线后可以马上连接,时间非常短不会对用户上网造成影响.”
